App does not work. Do not buy Qiui toys!
The app requires you to enter an email or phone number to sent you a registration code. The App never sends you the code. You cannot use the app (or any related toys) if you cannot register on the App. There is no work around. Until they fix this, any Qiui enabled toy will be useless, so do not buy their toys.

Payed 149 for a shaketail plug that doesent work
App will crash if you try to turn on "psychology mode" while the toggle is set to b mode. A mode works about 10% of the time and the other 90% it does nothing.
Advertised as being waterproof and having a shock feature neither of which are true.

Impossible
Absolutely rubbish App. Constantly crashes, haven’t used in a while. Went to use it again and I’m no longer registered and the app fails to load when uploading avatar then crashes and force closes. Unable to use my product now. If you’re thinking of buying a product that uses this app don’t bother.

The equipment is great and the idea of the app is outstanding. But it seems rushed and needs overhauling. Letting down a great product.

This app combined with the Cagink is the most non intuitive, confusing and frustrating app I have ever used. I’ve purchased a $150 cage that is useless. my Mistress and i have no idea how to give her control. BIG waste of $$$ and time.
Scam company
I ordered product over a month ago and have yet to receive either the product, a refund, or an update from the store. Take your money elsewhere.

One can register but that seems to be about it. Got a connection request from someone but there is no actual send button in the chat interface. Does not appear to be usable.
Ridiculous to register and log in
This is the most maddening app to try to log in to. Spent £100 to purchase item, and have been unable to use it so far, or to purchase ‘coins’ because of the infuriating log in process. Totally ridiculous.

I downloaded the app but can’t register. I put the country I live in and my phone number but all I get is failed to load. What a waste! Seems like a scam to me. I spent a lot of money on this item and I can’t use it. Don’t bother. They obviously have not did any work to fix the uses or errors or bugs.

Cannot connect device
The other reviews are correct. App trying to do too much and it cannot do the basics. Bluetooth is on but app will not connect to device as says “make sure your Bluetooth is on.” Frustrating.
App is very buggy
The app is trying to do to much. The devs should of kept it simple and instead they are trying to make a fetish social media app along with the control software. They should of stuck with just getting the control software right first then moved onto trying something grander. Instead the app just falls on its face right out the gate. Many bugs and customer service is just lost in translation, literally impossible to communicate. Im still waiting on my device in the mail but i dont have high hopes.

Had high hopes for the app. UI is terrible, timer function is buggy, and no way to add notifications for when devices are unlocked. Not sure what “time coupons” are but they have prevented me from setting new timers. The app needs a serious overhaul on functionality and ease of use.
