Will not allow me past login - says i need to agree to the agreement. Theres nothing there to agree to.
Stuck in White
I’ve been a teacher for about a month and have never gotten past the white screen past login. It says I must agree to the terms and privacy statement but just stays stuck. Anyone else?
No Longer Supports Windowing
For a long time, this was just the iPhone App. In iOS 15, iPhone apps were able to be used in landscape mode. The most recent update forces the app back into full screen, and the UI no longer functions for password entry. Unusable.
Frustrated
Hello. I am a teacher who needs to cancel classes, but have been unable at my day job to stop and update the app over wifi. Do NOT require sudden updates in a way that blocks a teacher’s access to the app. Now I will have to wait until I get home when I could have done it yesterday if my access to the phone app wasn’t blocked due to a 64mb(?!) sized update. Ridiculous.

New update won’t allow me to log in
After agreeing to the contract agreement, it won’t allow me to log in. It keeps saying, “agree to contract,” over and over even though I already checked the box. Very disappointing because now I can no longer use this to check my calendar for classes.
Needs some love
The app seems to not update unless I uninstall it and re-download it. I always shows on the icon that I have a message ( when I don’t). The app also doesn’t seem to sync with the desktop at all( my computer shows classes the app doesn’t). Please update this up.
Change Availability
I agree with the others. It seems a bit cumbersome to continually have to email scheduling times to CC. If it was possible in the app to mark our availability it would save everyone time and convenience. Other than that it’s good.
New app upgrades are awesome
You can message CCT, your coach, or check your schedule. You’re able to prep for classes by accessing your upcoming schedule and even see feedback you have received. There is easy access to your banking information and you can change deposit accounts right from your phone. Schedule changes are simple and instantly verified. Love the new app!!

PLEASE FIX THE APP
The app will only occasionally work. It will maybe let me past the login interface maybe once a month and once inside the app stalls and boots me out frequently. I only sometimes receive class invitations and messages as push notifications even if I have them in the desktop portal.

I love that I can see my classes ahead of time without the need to log in to my computer! Also you can request the classes off here too! I get the notifications on time! Really great! Thank you Qkids!
Terrible
I’ve never had an app which freezes, as much as I do Qkids. I’ve used it for what seems about a year. I have brand new iPhone; it’s not the device. It’s just poorly designed app.

I have been a Qkids teacher for a little over a year now and I’ve been using the all the entire time. It makes scheduling so much easier especially when it comes to last minute requests. I’ve had a few family emergencies that I have had to get the next morning off and without having to worry about contacting staff and waiting for a confirmation, I am able to easily take off days in the current week and the following week at the touch of a finger. SUPER HELPFUL and highly recommend. The added plus is being able to also keep track of your wallet. Thanks QKids!

It will not work
The app will not work on my ipad. I have iOS 12. It keeps saying no channel available when I try to check on messages. This is so frustrating.

Used to be helpful
Teachers used to be able to set our weekly schedules a week in advance using the app, but they put a stop to that. Now we have to email them our schedule 2 weeks in advance and even then they make mistakes when making updates to new schedules. They took this from a 5 star app to 2 stars when they removed the feature allowing teachers to schedule themselves. It’s actually so inconvenient I might stop teaching for them all together. I’m tired of being scheduled to teach when I’ve told them I’m not available. Likewise I’m tired of not being scheduled when I’ve told them that I am available. Other companies have easier scheduling. I have no idea why they changed this.

Ability to change schedule
Great app I just wish it had the ability to change availability in the app before the classes are scheduled so we can add and remove classes from our preset schedule without affecting students and other teachers.
Great way to stay aware
This is app is great for making yourself available, removing availability and contacting the colleagues at QKIDS. Response time is timely and the ease of use is awesome.
