Happy this app even exists at all. Let alone has received constant updates to improve it.

I can’t connect remotely
I have used Qget on Android for long time. I have just purchased an IPhone downloaded the app but I’m not able to connect remotely.
Not usable
I really want to use it, but it doesn’t find my local NAS, let alone the DDNS thing.

Love this app, very easy to use and simple connectivity/interface. Everything we need.
Great App for my Qnap Download Station
I’ve been looking for an app that could allow me to make use of my Download Station on my Qnap for some time now. This app has it all and works amazingly well. The developer is also very responsive. The only thing I’d love to have is the ability to save credentials for the sites I download from regularly but it’s otherwise perfect in my eyes.

App does not work
I paid for the lifetime license and it’s still not allowing me to connect to my Nas when I look at the account authentication it just says or authenticating basically this app is a rip off
Bugged
A lot of bugs, most annoying being that login expire somehow and you need to logout and login again. Ah, and to login, if you don’t have 2fa, you still need to enter some random string in the box…
Great support
The app is very good, but the real plus is the kindness of Thomas, truly disposable and quick to answer back to any question. Congratulations from a lifetime subscriber, keep up the good work and the excellent support!
2 factor authentication pain
Ok, an update on the qnap got this up and running again, but still with the 2FA EVERY TIME I come back to the App?? Since the latest firmware update on the QNAP, the App has stopped working. An error has occurred, please try again.

The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format.] (404). Add to this the consistent requests for 2 factor authentication and it’s time to say goodbye to the App. The functionality was great, but no longer works.

2 factor authentication pain
I really hope this is now fixed, as having to re-enter the 2 factor authentication more than daily is a pain

Misadvertised
This is a 3rd party app not QNap's that requires yearly subscription. It does not state subscription required to use it in Apple App Store. May possibly contain a back door into your QNAP NAS files.
App store should force developer to state it's subscription based and remove it entirely for deceiving ios users !

Al abrir la app no conecta
Al abrir la app no se conecta y da error de login, y despues de cerrar sesión y volver a iniciar con credenciales vuelve a funcionar. Es raro que no se conecte con las credenciales guardadas y el servidor mande mensaje de error de login mientras la app no termina de cargar.

Très bonne application SAV au top une réponse en 10 min, franchement c’est vraiment plaisant d’avoir un développeur aussi sérieux et soucieux de fournir une application ainsi qu’un SAV à la pointe.

Made a mistake
Ok, may be because I’m not at the location to connect to my NAS,
But I have tried multiple ways to try to connect this App to it, I can connect all my other Qnap Apps but this one.
I wish there could of been a trial fist as I just paid for life time license for nothing.
Seriously disappointed, may be its me but I doubt it, because as I said I can connect to ALL other Qnap apps remotely,
Suppose I’ll have to wait to get back home and try a local connection and hopefully that may help, If not I will have to request a refund
