Needs a serious revamp
The idea is brilliant, but the execution is so poor. The search feature is terrible, making it hard to find venues. It’s also disappointing there’s no ability to pay directly on the app.

تطبيق سيء والاسوأ الدعم الفني، تاخذ كاش باك ولا تقدر تستخدمه، او تستخدمه ولا يتفعل واخرتها يخصم من محفظتك ويله وين تلقى موظف يرد
Cannot redeem cash back
My points/ cash amounts are expiring and no single restaurant I found that would accept it as payment.
الصراحه كان ممكن يكونون افضل
للاسف نبدأ بموضوع استغفال البخشيش اللي عدلوه بعد فترة وبعدها نجي على نقطة اضافة رسوم خدمة على عميل المطعم معليش انا ما طلبت من المطعم الخدمة ذي فالمفترض الرسوم تكون بين المطعم والموقع العميل ماله علاقة فيهم وبخدماتهم
وبعدها يحاولون يغرونا بكاش باك واننا بنستفيد منه للاسف خسرت في اكثر من تجربة اروح لمطعم مخصص عشان استفيد من العرض وبعد ما اكل اكتشف انه ما اقدر استخدم الرصيد حتى على كلامهم للمطاعم المدعومة في qlub + صرت لما اروح اي مطعم عندهم الخدمة اطلب منهم الدفع عند المطعم مباشرة

Impossible to redeem cash back!!
You earn cash back each time you pay with Qlub. But I have not found one restaurant where you can redeem the cash back you earned. And there is not set of loyalty restaurants that you can just look up.
Tell me qlub, how can I find these loyalty restaurants? They sure don't seem to exist.

misleading info about subscription and worst customer service
They say that the first month is free but it’s not. When you cancel it even if you didn’t use it they will charge you. Don’t sign up on save 15 dirhams on this bill and get free subscription that’s a not true.
Also their customer service doesn’t is pathetic worst i have ever encountered they don’t know what they are doing. If you ask them a question they will act dumb and leave you hanging saying we will get back to you on this.
