Every active ticket — a walk-in you just joined, or an appointment you booked in advance — now shows as its own clear card: your number, your position in line, the clinic and doctor, and the date and time if it's a scheduled visit. FIND A CLINIC IN SECONDS Search by name or browse the map to find clinics near you, see who's available, and check estimated wait times before you head out. JOIN THE QUEUE OR BOOK AHEAD Walk-in queueing gets you a real ticket number and a live count of how many people are ahead of you. Prefer to plan ahead? Book an appointment with a specific doctor for a specific time instead. STAY IN THE LOOP Push notifications keep you posted as your turn approaches, so you're not stuck refreshing the app. Call the clinic or get turn-by-turn directions right from your ticket. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL Manage your profile, your favourite clinics, and your notification preferences from Settings — including deleting your account and your data at any time, right from the app. QMyTurn is used by medical clinics and physicians' offices to make in-person visits smoother for everyone.
