Password requirements are outdated and insecure.
App won't let you use Safari's automatic secure password generator because it doesn't meet its security requirements. Yet it will allow "Password1". I wrote to the bank's president about this obvious security oversight and received a typical blowoff response. At least the iOS app now uses Face ID, which is an improvement.

Love it but….
App is not reliable. Depositing checks is persnickety. Not enough light; hold camera steady, etc. I am not a surgeon. I hold the camera as best I can. Seems like camera sensitivity which wasn’t an issue, has become one.
Online activity is limited. To set up ach transfers between banks is not easy. Qnb has an app but imho it has slid down in quality.
That said, the bank is great.

Ease of use
Especially the Touch and Face ID LOGIN. That way you can have a very complex passcode and not have to type it in each time you use the app.

QNB has always been a bank that punches above its weight and the mobile app is proof if that. It has all the functionality of a mega bank app but is more user friendly. I love banking with QNB-PA. I hope I will be able to continue banking with you after retirement.
