Very convenient
It is convenient to be able to check my balance at any time. Whenever I have had a problem, QNB staff has provided timely answers via the phone or text. They were also one of two banks to grant me a business loan on my own, when at that time, other financial institutions required a man to co-sign women’s business loans!

Password requirements are outdated and insecure.
App won't let you use Safari's automatic secure password generator because it doesn't meet its security requirements. Yet it will allow "Password1". I wrote to the bank's president about this obvious security oversight and received a typical blowoff response. At least the iOS app now uses Face ID, which is an improvement.

Love it but….
App is not reliable. Depositing checks is persnickety. Not enough light; hold camera steady, etc. I am not a surgeon. I hold the camera as best I can. Seems like camera sensitivity which wasn’t an issue, has become one.
Online activity is limited. To set up ach transfers between banks is not easy. Qnb has an app but imho it has slid down in quality.
That said, the bank is great.

Ease of use
Especially the Touch and Face ID LOGIN. That way you can have a very complex passcode and not have to type it in each time you use the app.
