Na een week was stekker 3650 watt kapot, werd ook heel warm trouwens. Bericht gedaan en ze zouden binnen de week antwoorden. Niet dus. Overgestapt naar ander merk dus. Niet kopen!
Problématiques
Depuis 3 semaines les notifications push n’arrivent pas sur l’iPhone, sav aucune réponse, dernière mise à jours de l’app 1 ans. J’ai été obligé de me connecter via l’app Tuya qui fonctionne parfaitement

Keine Automation bei Bewegungssensoren
Automation (Szene erstellen) für Qnect Bewegungsmelder (z.B. Verlassen des Zuhauses, Ankommen zu Hause) nicht möglich, da die Sensoren in der Geräteübersicht bei „Einzelgeräte steuern“ nicht aufgeführt werden.

Qnect ondersteunt hun eigen wifi stekker Qnet Profile niet meer. Dit bedrijf produceert blijkbaar echte wegwerp brol. Top voor het milieu! Not.
Na een tijd geen meldingen meer
Nu nog eens een melding gedaan maat je krijgt gewoon geen antwoord. Camera geeft geen meldingen meer. Bij mijn ouders ook dezelfde camera’s geplaatst en de nachttfunctie blijft dus altijd wit zwart beeld. Het ergste is dat je geen antwoord krijgt en het ticket gesloten is dus totaal geen ondersteuning!

Qnect Home smart app is too limited for door/window sensors
I used some smoke detectors for one year now and in the beginning it was not always sending the alarms on the smartphone except if you opened the qnect app. This now seems to be working better and even after a phone os update and reboot it seems to keep working.
For the door and window sensors I don’t get it how it should alert you whenever you are in/outside your home. It will only send you one single notification message but no real repetitive alarm on the phone.
There should also be some possibility to easily activate/deactivate it when being at home or out home. That’s also how an alarm system works, here you can only use a schedule for ignoring the alarms which is far to insufficient.
I hope the developers will look into this as just getting a notification when I use the door whenever I’m at home or outside is a too basic functionality and should be elaborated.

Bcp de defaut cette appli, parfois je doit meme faire un reset a la sonnette connectée qnect et supprimer la sonnette du compte de mon appli car ca me mets souvent Wake up ou cryptage pas reussi et du coup plus accès a ma sonnettes
