Doesn’t response about account verification

I downloaded this app few weeks ago and i created account by submitting kyc form but still i haven’t got any response i think this is useless and i cannot use the money provided here it seems like it’s fake

Always crashing

After updating into latest version I am not able open this app also. When you open this app it will crash every time. Lots of bugs!!!!!!
