No landscape view
Basically app is ok, but I need to use the app in landscape especially to view games. Portrait only screen, introduced in a recent update, is absolutely no use to me. It must be simple to make the app available in both portrait and landscape formats

We’ve lost the landscape view on iPad with the latest update. Can we get it back? Essential for those of us that use the tablet with a keyboard. Thanks.

This is the worst app I have used. Doesn’t recognise internet signal, password or have a password reset. Total waste of time. Sad as a QPR lifelong supporter!

No option to reset password if you have forgotten it.
All about QPR
I supported QPR for a couple of years and thought it would be a good idea to get the app to keep me updated but they don’t give you all the news.
Barely fit for purpose
The QPR+ worked fine from the website. Now it’s been moved to this app only and it’s patchy at best. Frequently cuts out - listening to it right now, and we’ve scored twice and it’s immediately cut out both times. Abysmal. Fix it or bin it.

Pretty good. Nothing special tho
A pretty average football app the rewards are quite cool however.
Not good enough
Loaded this on Ipad. I use it to listen to match commentaries. Butit will only work if you keep the app open all the time. If you navigate away eg to check-scores at other games, it stops working. The old app didn’t have. this problem. I use the internet version and it works ok.
This app is crap and the fans deserve better. Shame on the club.

Where’s the iPad version??
So far it’s only for iPhone, there isn’t an iPad app - so when you watch it on an iPad it’s only the size of an iPhone screen. I did raise the issue but got told the issue must be my end… I mean it’s a good, clear stream but you can’t advertise that it’s suitable for iPad when it clearly isn’t yet, especially when you’re not allowed to watch it via internet browser on a tablet.

I use the app to listen to the commentary and it stops the commentary as soon as the phone screen goes to sleep. That’s so old school, I haven’t had an app do that for years. Other content is pretty bad too. Worse than the app they replaced it with

No notifications ever get sent through as it logs you out whenever you have used it. Still nigh on impossible to buy tickets through. Cannot watch games purchased on full screen.

Awful app. Always logs you out. Is still pretty much a web wrapper. Come on rangers sort it out!
QPR + Audio Stream Impractical
I have always been able to use Safari to listen to QPR+ (as I did that before new app was avail and old version disabled) now it blocks with message EFL rules don’t allow browsers, app only on mobiles and tablets. New app now stops stream as soon as phone/tablet locks so screen has to remain on for full match draining battery as well as being impractical listening on the move. It also means device can’t be used for texts or any other purpose for duration of commentry without stopping stream. Useless!! I have also found that app notifications such as team news now just take you to home screen, not the notification news, so you can’t read in full.

It’s great to see the new app i am a life long supporter of the Rs I don’t get to see them much now as I live in Bournemouth the app keeps me in touch with what’s happening at the rangers thanks Jeff
