The positive is that we now have an app, plus you can attach family accounts as well to stay across the loans.
The negative is that it doesn’t store the loans properly. Either it still shows loans you have returned as still on loan or it doesn’t show any loans at all, even if you have loans. The only way to accurately see what loans you have out is to either log in on the website still or go to the library. This is a huge issue for a library app. It needs to display the loans accurately and timely. I can return books to the library and see the librarian process them yet hours and even days the loan is still in the app as on loan!
