App Not working

I try to login and doesn’t work please fix it and I would change my review

Down for two weeks

It appears that company is gone. The app can not connect to server, neither can watch. Domains expired, no response from support.

generally good. but need improve

generally it is good, some functions need improve. like more flexibility on in class schedule. my kids gets lunch break at 12:30, there is no way to handle it. also sos function should not be disabled by in class mode. emergency can happen anytime

Ok but GPS not really working

I bout this item and was thought disappointment about it because we have Verison and Verizon is not GSM so we open up a account to T-Moble with $15 a month no contract so we test there and was not working,it was ringing when you call but not on the watch, the app said the name of my kids was Offline and notice on watch was signal bar line was OK but not the actual internet or service, then I did try to go to their website(QQwatch.co)and download their firmware Upgrade and still didn't work,so I ask again what phone line they give it to me,they said it's for a watch line for $15 a month and I said maybe you have to have a phone service not the actual watch line and we try that and suggest to put the Nano SIM card to a phone to activate it first to make sure it will work and the GPRS,caller ID and text message function must all be check to ensure that they work normally,we open up a line for $50 a month no contract and it was Working,so you have to have a phone line not a watch capability line....

But GPS stayed the place of activation while the watch with me 7 miles away from the activation location.

Best app for communicating with kids

Works so well that I would give this 6 stars if I could. Firstly I can gps track and set up safe zone alerts. Secondly I can text anytime and talk anytime. Thirdly I can control the watch remotely.
