It would be great to get help to cancel but the “get help” page won’t help at all. Error!
Didn’t know it was a pay app till after I downloaded (my fault there) but now it will NOT cancel.
Its not a user friendly app.

I was prompted to download this off the lotto app which I was led to believe was part of the free app, I saw NO information about this costing money - I’ve now been charged 50 quid! No ability to contact anyone for a refund. I don’t want this app - I don’t even know what it is and I want a refund and no one will get back to me on the “feedback” page which is the only place I can possibly try to contact anyone. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I cancelled to app because it didn’t help me. That was the main reason I bought this app! I wanted to scan gift receipts and see which gift to put them with.
