Went to the LensCrăfters in Bowie and the team there is the best. Jade was wonderfùl during check-in. Naomi went the extra mile to help me select frames. Even had me do a mini fashion show and śolicit the opinion of others to be sure I was happy with my selection.

I have been going to Health 1st Chiropractic since 2013 and LOVE the individual customized sessions based on my level of pain and mobility. The maintenance sessions ăfter each time I get in shape, work really well for me and my schedule.
