Doesn't Work MacBook Pro, Ventura

Doesnt' work at all. When you try to scan a code, the camera doesn't come on and you just get some dummy QR code.

This is THE greatest QR app I've ever seen

I've been looking for this kind app for a long time! You can scan codes on your screen! You don't need to show your code to the built-in camera, you don't need to save codes first and then import them. (I mean, you can do that if you want, of course, but that's not what I was looking for.) You just open the app and BOOM! it was so quick that I have to double check if it was scanned corectly. And the design also! simple and perfect. I totally recommend this app!!

Best QR scanner for mac!

This is by far the best QR code reader for a mac, Unlike other free programs, it can read from the camera, your screen, or a file/ picture. No ads, no purchases.

Does not work

After giving the app access to the camera, it wouldn't engage with a QR code. Instead, it wou;d just detect nonsense and direct me to "http://" which is nonsense.

Seems to be exactly what I wanted

I’m attending a convention event pretty soon but the QR code ticket that I received didn’t have an option to add to Apple Wallet. After looking around on Reddit for a bit I found someone who made this app and it seems to do exactly what I needed. Scan a QR code and turn it into a pass for Apple Wallet. Super simple, straightforward and no adds. There’s some weird notification pops (in-app, I turned notifications permission for app off) which I presume are links to other apps the dev made (or maybe it’s their way of making some money). Either way they’re unobtrusive enough that I’m comfortable with continuing to use this app.

How do add a barcode I scanned to my Apple Wallet?

Hi, to save a QR code or barcode to your Apple Wallet, simply tap on it, select "Add to Apple Wallet," and hit the "Add" button in the top right corner. If you want to know more about QR Code Reader by 2Stable just drop us an email at support@2stable.com, and our team will assist you promptly.

Pretty good but it needs some work

It kept crashing after a while but managed to work it out after a while, just restarted the computer several times, then force quitted and re-opened sent a report after several crashes, and then found the bug that caused the issue.

Turn off Sync mode, then quit the app, re-open the app, then turn on your webcam for qr code scanner, then after it scans and works, turn on the Sync mode again in order for the app work properly.

That should trick the Bug on the system.

add to wallet is paid

apple should enforce developers to clearly separate screenshots of free and paid/subscription.

the images depict add to apple wallet, while once installed this feature requires payment.

Probably the best QR code scanner I love that it can add any QR to Apple Wallet whether it’s wifi QR or Covid vaccine QR Very beautiful ❤️

Update: I am sad to see this app goes to Subscription, is there any plans for “One-time-purchase” ?
