Can’t use it unless you pay

It says free but you can even export the proper file without paying a WEEKLY subscription fee and the pay wall pops up constantly I tried to use this app for a few hours for osap and honestly not worth my time I don’t know why anyone would pay 80$ a year for a picture of paper even though you can buy one forever or use a library I only tried this for the hope it was more convenient like it was a few years ago with scanner apps but subscriptions are so out of hand here

麻烦退款

6月11号下午四点多，我刚下载好此软件，就被无辜扫脸扣款了398元，第一时间卸载了，也取消订阅了，并且按咱说的一样的步骤也提交退款了，但是却被拒绝退款，后又提交了一次退款，没想到又被拒绝。两次被拒后，找到了苹果客服电话，沟通申请退款，但苹果客服说已自己提交两次退款，他们已经没有权限退，提交的按钮是灰色，他们内部退不了了，只能让我找开发商，也就是收款方沟通退回。麻烦帮我退下吧
