Opened in error, cannot cancel
I clicked on the app by mistake and the site automatically opened a subscription with a three-day free trial. I want to cancel it, but can’t find any link thanks allows me to complete a cancellation request. Very unsatisfactory!!
Forces you to pay subscription
I downloaded and it won’t move off the “premium” screen. Fortunately I didn’t get charged, but you CANNOT use the free access.
Failed to scan?
With no help and the specter of charges looming I downloaded and it failed to scan at the location I needed it for so I tried all of 15 min then deleted the app! Should not be this difficult!!! Take you chances if you want but I’m out!!!

How to cancel subscription
Since the app forces you to go through the “free trial” here’s how you can cancel it: go into your user account in the AppStore, and look under “subscriptions” you should see it there and select cancel. Putting this here so I can help others who downloaded this and can’t figure out how to cancel the free trial (and eventual subscription) because there is no option to do so in the app itself, or the settings app. Also if your reading this, don’t buy this app, buy any QR scanner app after checking to see if it has good reviews! I hope I helped somebody avoid being scammed! :)

It is extremely unclear how to cancel your subscription. Even after deleting the app from the phone, i was charged. Don’t make it difficult for customers, that’s a bad CX. Just focus on good products, customers will follow.
