Could you give us more details, to help you, please? We would like to know if the scanning screen is black, or if it shows you a specific error when you try to scan. For example, if the screen is black, it is due to lack of camera permissions. We want to know at what moment the app fails, to be able to help you. Since we have tested the app on several iPhones and iPads and it works well.
