Weekly Billing Won’t Stop
I continue to get billed almost $10 each week and there seems to be no way to cancel this app. I’ve tried to report a problem with no luck. I’ve tried to get my bank to stop the weekly debit to my credit card with no luck. My only choice now is to cancel my credit card. However, I have several monthly payments that use the same credit card. I have to reroute almost a dozen payments. What a pain in the dopa. This is robbery with a gun. I hate these guys.

Very disappointing.
Collected the convention QR data I needed and the day before I exported my data they updated the app and erased my folder. Highly disappointed and there doesn’t appear to be a cancel subscription button in my app subscriptions.
Overpriced and too many ads!
Super overpriced and free version has too many ads video and banner even a malicious ads! Stay away!

Free for 3-day trial and then it’s not clear how to unsubscribe. From the App Store, select your profile (little blue person icon), then Subscriptions and you can unsubscribe from there. You can also use a link in Apple’s confirmation email.

I accidentally hit the wrong button and automatically got charged. Ow they won’t refund my money! Sounds like a scam.

$468. a year/ $39. a month. No thanks, no way. I remember when you would purchase an app for a few bucks and all was good, no renewal’s. Or maybe one time fee of something like $39. Now it’s gotten pretty ridiculous as in this app, unless you’re a professional scanner, or whatever, lol.

They charge $8.99 weekly for this. I thought it was a free app and didn’t see the fine print and then I noticed I was getting these weekly charges on my account, that’s when I cancelled this rip-off service. I plan on disputing all of the charges.

This app is fraudulent
Used the app by mistake ans was charged WEEKLY8.99. The developer is not connected to a website and there is no way to contact them to get a refund. Fraudulent practices do not use ! No stars

I can not delete the app from my phone for some reason

I thought this was free and then it says in 3 days I will be charged $8.99 a month!!! I can’t find a place to cancel!!! I’ve looked everywhere! Help!!

If you install this app on your device, you will be charged the highest price 8.99 a week for the “premium” app. Unless you stop the automatic renewal, you will be charged 8.99 every week for a QR scanner that is no better then the ones that are free.

Be careful as when you load it will try to trick you into a $8.99 a week (or more) ‘premium’ subscription. Shouldn’t be allowed.
