Was trying to check if the price on the shelf matched the actual barcode and this app saved me like $12. History feature is clutch.

Works offline when needed
I travel a lot and sometimes have spotty service. This scanner still does its job offline, which is the main reason I keep it on my phone. When I need to read a QR code for a location, it responds without waiting on the network. Scanning feels consistent.

false advertising, shady practices
even the name of the app is misleading! …& Barcode Maker? this app can NOT make barcodes, it is a blatant lie, I only downloaded the app because the name suggests that it can make barcodes, there are countless different ways to make QR codes for free, you don’t need to pay an app to do it. In the description of the app there is a hint that it cannot make barcodes but it is worded so confusing I had to read it a couple of times to get what they are saying, I guess they had to cover their asses… why be so shady? do not trust this developer, shady and unethical behavior! I wonder if they are spying at you through their app, I would not put beyond them based on their shadiness! I deleted it immediately since their privacy disclosure proves that they indeed are tracking you and selling that information! stay away!
