I didn't want a subscription. I downloaded the app, didn't like it, and deleted it from my iPad immediately—within 10 minutes. The company charged me £4.99. When I requested a refund, they replied that I wasn't eligible for one.

I have used this for a very long time now and it’s been an asset. I had to download one to my phone the other day. This is not my phone and I needed a QR reader in a hurry so downloaded one from Playstore and it totally wrecked my phone. I don’t know the name of this one or I would’ve chose it. I was getting tons of ads and it made my phone unrecognisable. My icons disappeared I had icons on top of the ones that were left. Be careful folks use this one only! I’ve NEVER had a problem of any kind with this one!

Never using it again
It wouldn’t let me flip the camera so I failed my class because of it

I clicked on to get app only to discover it has a charge. I do not want or will not use. Apps that have a charge, particularly those that have a trial then charge. I have deleted app. Please do not start time period. Never said charge until I downloaded. SUCKS
This app saved my life
Instead of going on my camera like a normie, I downloaded this app to scan my qr codes. Oh em gee wow, what an experience. I leant things about myself that I thought I would never know. This app increased my confidence got me my dream job and a wife. Couldn’t recommend enough. Love you baby cakes xx ttyl!

Refund
Your contact page state to go to App Store to request a refund but this is the only place I see to contact your company. I made a mistake by downloading this scan app and I do apologize but please cancel any subscription are payments please.

NO RESPONSE?
As they stated in their ads for this app, said I would get a free 3 day trial. I emailed the developer to cancel the app, but, after 2 days no answer!! Now I understand why only a 3 day trial, they’re waiting for the 3 days to expire.

I have tried using this more than a dozen times all unsuccessfully. All it does is show long alpha numeric code but does not take me to a web?

I take back the “has great reviews” things. Apparently I forgot to search reviews under recent instead they showed the ones they wanted me to see which are the positive ones.
