Latest version not working properly
After scanning the QR code, nothing but a black page with “Hidden” text pops up. The app is not usable at all. Please fix.

Works beautifully now! Thank you!! For those that it is crashing on, it crashed for me everytime I tried to read the first code to register my device. Instead of reading the code, click on the option for username and password (if this is available to you) to get your device registered initially. It stopped crashing after that!
Running 13.3.1 on iPhone 7 and the app keeps crashing when I try to read a QR code. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and resetting my iPhone to original settings but nothing works. So disappointed and hope this a bug that can be fixed soon!

Crashes after scanning code!
App now crashes after scanning a code. This needs to be fixed.

Had been using app successfully to log into computer for many months. Over the past day or two app has become unstable and crashes whenever I scan a code. Happens with both computers. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app multiple times, and updated phone is with no improvement. iPhone se. Had to spend an hour on the phone with tech support setting up a workaround. Hoping they fix this bug soon, was easy to use when it worked.
