Same issues as others
I just wanted to download my senior pictures from tonight on to my phone but it keeps crashing everytime I try to open photos please help I just need the pictures
94 GB?!
I deleted all videos from the camera, but it was still taking up 94 GB of space. Therefore, I deleted the app.
Glitch?
Was working perfectly, I was getting beautiful, high quality videos, but now it’s glitching and nothing is downloading? Just loading and loading some more. Not cool at all. Fix now, I need to keep filming videos for my YouTube channel. Probably going to get another camera due to this app + camera’s inability to work…

could not use the app. it was saying connect to wifi then showed me how but wouldn't work. it wasn't properly updated with the settings app apparently.

Do not buy.
Got this as a Christmas gift. Started off fine, but now all of a sudden when I try to connect to the cameras wifi, it will crash and disconnect. Have very sentimental pictures on there I cannot access. Please please please fix this issue.

In today’s world, why aren’t we caught up to speed with updated apps for our equipment? If I HAVE to use a certain app to download media from my camera then I would at least like some functioning options.
Is there any sort of resolution as to these issues being fixed within the functions of the app or are we just stuck at a standstill with no explanation as to why it doesn’t work?

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, first off the camera quality is buns, and the app is even more buns. I regret buying the camera. If you see this don’t buy the camera. Don’t get this app.

app was working perfectly fine at the beginning I only use it due to the fact that my camera only works with it, after a while the app started bluffing and wouldn’t load, tried downloading the pictures from my trip wouldn’t let me see them, said “ no file shown” and i no longer could see them in my camera all my files got deleted this app has a bunch of bug fixes they need to manage….
