مشكله في التطبيق
التطبيق ممتاز و لكن هذه الفتره التطبيق لا يعمل و خدمة العملاء لا ترد
الدعم الفني
الدعم الفني ما يتجاوبون ولا يردون مع العلم ان خدماتهم على مدار 24/7 بس يبدوا انها مجرد شعارات فارغة.

تطبيق ودعم سيء - Buggy application
1- after you raise a request, the application will close and will not give you a chance to cancel or manage your request.
2- the fees are high even for small transactions.
3- the support is not helpful and did not solve my issue.
4- your request can be rejected and you will still not be able to access the application or know about the rejection and the reason.
5- you cant access the application during any pending request, and sometimes even if your request is approved or rejected.
6- you dont get a notification of the status changes on your request and you dont know if the amount will be transferred to you, or when it will be transferred.
