Absolutely terrible
I would give less than 1 star if I could. We have a QSee system in our gym & cannot check on the business from home bc the app freezes/crashes. No playback can be watched from the app bc it will not pull up the date/time. Trash system. Will be upgrading to another brand asap!
Horrible Customer Service
For weeks I have been trying to reach someone or get a response regarding issues with the app. As of today NOTHING! I messaged via social media platforms. Messaged via the app, emailed , and called. I miss the old company because this one that took over is a nightmare. I think I’ve held long enough and time to look for another company. I don’t recommend them. Save yourself the money. The app doesn’t always work and the actual program set up for your NVR (what I purchased) is not user friendly .

Gets a 1.7 before I tried to use the app. How can it be this bad.
Customer Support
Customer support via chat gives you a message to send them your email address and that they will get back to you within 24 hours. I sent a message yesterday and we are on the last hour, the 23rd hour and I have yet to see any message come through

App freezes
I downloaded the app, couldn’t even log into it… Im confused. This is the first time. I just spent over $1k on this stupid system. Not happy. About to return.

Worst app and worst system
The app is not opening after downloading. As soon as try to enter username password, app crash immediately. Please fix this issue. I have system but can’t access my camera. So pathetic.
No longer support iPhone
I have used Q-See for years. But they no longer support iPhone users. Looks like it is time to find a new company to use.

I wish i read these reviews before I bought the DVR. The app is terrible and I am not even able to setup an account. I’ve tried over 20 different password combinations and it keeps giving me an error message. I cannot even access the app to setup my cameras without buying a monitor.
Old devices don’t work
We got scammed by this company. I paid so much money for multiple systems which are no longer supported. They should be ashamed of themselves

They should offer something for people who already have systems. Can’t reset the password don’t have access to our own cameras. No warning. Terrible way to do business!

Old app worked better
I can no longer connect my wifi cameras with the new app. Shut down support for older cameras and forcing us to buy the "new" ones.
