Camera won’t scan at all
Camera won’t scan at all and won’t focus on the qr code when it’s close, I tried it on the qr code on the cylinder and the one printed on the physical cert. Qr code has to be about 1.5 ft away to be in focus but won’t scan.
I tried searching for it manually, serial number being the cylinder number and document number from the DocNumber given on the cert and could not find the cylinder.
Turns out Document number is the Lot number, NOT THE DOCUMENT NUMBER on the cert.
So manual entry does work but is tedious.
