If ur thinking about working here as a temporary/part time job,don’t it sucks (I live in OK and it’s 12.88 an hour )
Doesn’t work anymore
This app has a bad habit of signing me out and then won’t let me sign back in. Always a pain. I used it yesterday but today it wants me to sign in but when i try, it says error, try again. I know my username and password so it’s not me. Never let me see notifications since day one and now I’ll have to delete this app, wait a couple days, then start all over just like last time. Please fix this app or trash it and make another one from scratch

Constant crashing
About 50% of the time you try to open the app it gives an error and won’t let you see your schedule or log in.

this app isn’t great there’s always a problem with it they don’t even consider to change it and i feel like it should give you a notification if they change your hours
Time clock
Should add ability to clock in/out from app. Allow it to access the entire employee portal. Other companies do so.
Cannot login
I’m a new employee at QT and my login will not work. I have changed passwords four times

Doesnt give notifications on schedule changes and 80% of the time it just doesnt work at all
Keeps malfunctioning
After reading the reviews and seeing the ratings, I’m seeing that this app is consistent in not working. I’m new in working at QT, and this is my first “real” job. I need to know my schedule and want to get more shifts, but I need this app to do so. Idk how long it’s gonna take for yall to update this app, but please hurry up :(

App is OK at best but is always having technical issues ESPECIALLY with the payroll system, it is always down and slow to run.

Scheduling Glitch
It would be nice to have an updated schedule on this app to where it doesn’t change my off days to working days each login. I’ve caught it in time luckily, at least five times but am now on my second warning before being let go because this stupid app has changed my schedule last second multiple times. Please fix this annoyance.

Posting shifts putting more days to work
When I posted my shift for the two days it took them off for that week. But when I looked at the next week my work schedule increased more on the days Im not supposed to work. I can’t keep doing this anymore I need help to stop it from happening.
Crashing/logging out error loading everytime
Seems this app no longer works with iPhone 8+. Get a pop up that says can’t load anything options are “ok” or “retry”. When you hit ok it does nothing and is blank and if you hit retry it loads then goes back to same error. And now when I close it after doing that I’m logged out and when I try to login it says I need to change my password even though I just changed it today.

Work with me here guys.
Starting as a ptc and working the same times every week every day meant that if I couldn’t get into the app one day, I still kinda knew where I’d be going and at what time. Even if I wasn’t sure, it would just be me calling my store and asking what my schedule would be for the week. But now that I’ve moved to ER, I need to be able to access my schedule at any time. HOWEVER, for the entirety of the day, the app WOULDN’T OPEN. And it still wont open as I’m typing this. I checked at my store today and as of now I’m still doubled up, but now I have to wake up an hour or two earlier to call and ask tomorrow if I’m still doubled up. This is unnecessary and unprofessional. The fact that the employee app is the worst part of this job is insane. Quite literally, all that is needed is the ability to check my schedule. The app is perfect if that worked. But I CANNOT OPEN IT!!! I deleted and reinstalled the app already and restarted my phone twice. Quit making this job harder than it has to be. Please and thank you.

Hides extra shifts you pick up
If you pick up an extra shift for a monday (not sure if day makes any difference) during the next week/ pay period, the app will remove it from your schedule for the few days leading up to that shift.
I’ve been told “it only happens on Sundays” but I’ve just had this happen for several days leading to that shift.
It really hurt my time off record since for several days the app said I had the day off, when in reality I had a 5:00am shift that I just couldn’t see.
This needs to be fixed.

I can’t look at my shifts and keeps closing out of app anytime I try to open it
As someone who constantly has to check his shifts due to how often I’m working it’s very frustrating when I’m not able to see the times I work and I then have to call my store to tell me what time I work. The app doesn’t work for my phone or something. Very not cool

Hey, i’ve deleted and reinstalled the QT EMA app multiple times to try and make the app work, but it just keeps glitching and closing the app. I’m on ERP and I can’t see what stores I get sent out to… other clerks have the same problem as well. Please try to fix this soon!

Log-in issues
I’ve used this app for nearly five years and I’ve never had a real issue with it until the last month give or take. The app has been logging me out at random times and won’t let me log back in. This is very inconvenient as my scheduled store can change right before the start of my early morning shift.
