2 apps?
I don’t think we need 2 different apps for one account. Non of the other banks I’ve used have 2 apps. Very confusing. Not sure if password works on both apps. I am constantly calling bank every time I use app so I stopped using app.
Getting There
I do believe this is a great concept that can really benefit people in my positioning. My problem is the bill pay function. I can only utilize the bill pay function on my phone through the safari web browser. It will not allow me to use their bill pay function over the app. It should be getting corrected but as a business owner that’s my only gripe over this whole app.

QCB&T is really there for the people
QC Bank is a bank that treats people like family. The tellers are always polite in person and on the phone. QC Banks interest rates are competitive and their checking and savings have great perks. So glad to be a QCB and Trust customer.

Zelle & account numbers
We should be able use Zelle. Others banks allow for Zelle usage in business accounts.
