Won’t pay a subscription for a calculator
The app works well and the functionality is exactly what I need. I already purchased Qualifier Plus IIIx on Android and was happy to do the same on Apple. But a recurring subscription for a calculator isn’t something I’m willing to pay. I’d gladly buy it outright at a fair price. Please offer a one-time purchase option.

Must have for mortgage professionals
Having all these tools on your phone is a game changer. I personally like the way you can email or text full breakdown of PITI to borrowers on different rates and loan amounts clearly and quickly.

Subscription for a Calc!?
I was prepared to pay for the app until i saw the subscription. Their Master IIIx has been garbage lately, i have over 20 in my office and nearly half stopped working due to the batteries
Good app but greedy developers
I have multiple physical calculators as both large and small from Calculated Industries and I've been in the in industry for over 20 years, so I am not a stranger to this. That being said it is completely and totally ridiculous to pay monthly for a calculator when I have purchased multiple calculators throughout my career. I have no problem paying a one time fee (buying) for an app but the monthly subscription really shows how greedy the developers of this app are. I know this is something new as a few years ago you were able to purchase this app without a monthly fee.

I've been using Real Estate Master calculators for thirty years and am stoked that there's an app for it now! Like someone else said, it's one less thing to carry around. Thanks Calculated Industries!

App appears to be free with exception of ads. However, upon installation, you cannot proceed past the welcome page without paying six dollars a month for access need to put that in your summary and quit being deceptive.

This mortgage calculator is so convenient to have on my phone. It took some training to be able to use it to its full potential, but it was definitely worth it. What is 75 days from today? How much will a $2000 payment buy? What will they save if the rate is .5% lower? Get it all at your fingertips!

Can’t live without this app
This is the mortgage calculator I learned on. I don’t use all the features but I couldn’t do my job without it.
Very disappointed
I really enjoy the app itself. Functionality is great I bought this app in android ecosystem, and was planning to do the same in apple ecosystem. But I am not paying a subscription for a calculator. I think they are banking on mortgage professionals dropping annually for this app because they have the money. Just dumb. I wish we could go back to the days you buy something and own it.
