This app is opened to some company, like the production factory, contractor, owner, third-party quality inspection agency etc in construction field. Every user need to register an account, and need to be approved by backend engineer to login in. My app needs to record each user's operations. If a user is deleted, it will be impossible to identify the user associated with the specific operation. Therefore, the function of deleting users is not necessary.
