App won’t accept my location
I have tried many times to enter my location of Campbell River but is says no locations near me. Or when entering my card information the app will close. I don’t see the appy hour selection on the Home Screen anymore when opening the app.

Always a perfect shop. So thankful for online shopping to save me time .
Stopped working with iOS 18
The latest update has made the app unusable. Can’t choose my store, can’t search for products, keep getting directed to order for delivery/pickup and can’t exit that screen once in it. Daily deal product scanning also stopped working. Oh well.

Can’t even get into my app after nearly a DECADE of use - AND after syncing with MORE REWARDS card after Jimmy bought the brand, etc.
Today, I tried to login, while my hot Chinese Dinner became COLD, my frozen yoghurt melted, and MGMNT tried, but could NOT login - I left the store with no functioning app.
Mgmnt told me that they wanted to make the QF app work more “like it used to do” - but NOTHING works!!
It appears that everything is defaulting to DEFUNCT (5-7 yr old) OLD MORE REWARDS email address address, with ZERO reference to the DECADES+ QF information!!
Told to delete card from iPhone, but then NOTHING can be ACTIVATED!!
NOW WHAT??!!
NOT so FANCY way to DELETE ALL our points, and FORCE a RESTART from ZERO??

It doesn’t work.
When I enter my id and password the app closes immediately.
App crashing on log in
Trying to sign in with more rewards account id and password. When I hit sign in the apple goes black, closes app and brings me to home screen
Not loading since February 23rd update
Not opening any more. Tried offloading and downloading a couple of times but no joy. Its been downhill ever since you joined more rewards. I only want to check the daily special but it’s hardly worth the hassle anymore. Disappointed!
Can’t check prices
You have been “down” for a very long time and I am unable to check your prices to do my shopping list even though I emailed you repeatedly and received very surly responses from your telemarketers.
As a result I do not shop at your store anymore and will not in the future as my parents once did.
