Easy to use and rewarding
I’ve been a member for three years and this app is very dependable. Instructions are clear and easy to follow, surveys are rewarded appropriately and I feel my time is well spent.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!They promised me the moon and did not deliver. They put everything on respondent( a scam platform that does whatever they want) , but it is them too. I was promised extra money because I was never paid for a previous study (I was not paid for several through respondent, 1 from qualsights) they show me that they paid respondent, like I should care about that. They lie about when you will be paid and if you will be paid.

Mostly easy to use
The app and survey data s mostly easy to use. I occasionally get an error message when opening and it acts like i don’t have an active project but killing the app and restarting it always fixes it

Fun, not boring
This app and the small challenges or in home product testing are fun and not boring. It takes a little bit of time and the tasks are usually part of my routine so I don’t have to get out of my way to complete them. The incentives are on time and the staff answers questions fast!

This is the worst survey app out here! I never received my compensation nor reimbursement for my product review. Don’t waste your time with this app!
Desperately waiting on Payment
I usually don’t write bad reviews but I have been waiting in a payment for a study I did in June. I sent emails and sent message through app that clearly states I have not been paid. I think it’s very unfair when you provide your time, opinion and honest answers to complete a survey an not get paid. Truly sad. A bot will probably comment telling me to contact them. Well buddy I did several times, let’s try 10 times of emails and message. I’m done

App just stopped working and now I’m behind n my assignments and risking not getting paid
This app is TRASH!!!
This app is complete trash and all the support people do is make excuses for it. The app routinely crashes or freezes and reports ‘no internet connection’ which is a complete lie. Studies routinely fail to load or get stuck on the spinning circle trying to load.
And all if that happens if you’re lucky enough to get past the ‘Invalid User’ or ‘Not Authorized’ errors trying to load that study you’re participating in!
But the best example of how trashy this app is…the app doesn’t have use basic iOS functionality like autocorrect for spelling, punctuation and capitalization errors. It’s so painful to send or read messages with support since they’re poorly spelled, lack punctuation and look like complete gibberish.
Whatever they pay to participate in a study isn’t worth the time and energy that goes into even getting this app to work partially!!!

Worked with a company that never paid me
Customer support does nothing and it’s been months. Thanks for wasting my time.
Crashes my phone and made it slower!
Avoid this company! This app crashed my phone 5x and now is running much slower.
AVOID!!!
They have refused to pay me my incentive and are IGNORING every email I send. Terrible company that can’t be TRUSTED!
User friendly App
I’ve been using the QualSights App for 8 months now, completing a research study. It is very user friendly and the one, small issue I encountered was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy with the App and would use again.
Great app for studies
I’ve used this app for a few research studies for almost two years. It’s easy to use, does not crash, nor does not glitch.

App is very helpful when being used! Everything is explained correctly and when needing to contact support the message icon is a click away and a technician is able to get your answer as soon as possible. I like that you are able to keep up with any projects that you have completed as well as.

I use this app for specific projects that I’m assigned that allows me to make extra money. I’ve never had it crash and there is great communication from their moderators (for lack of a better word). If I’ve had a question, they get back to me right away. If you have a potential side hustle that wants to use this, I encourage you to go for it!
