Very Disappointed
I’ve been a Pro Plus member of Quantsapp, and honestly, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite paying ₹36,000 for the subscription, the kind of support and service one would expect from such a premium product is completely missing.
Their customer support is practically non-existent. No proper guidance, no timely resolution, and no accountability. For a platform that charges a significant amount, this is just unacceptable. If you’re considering investing in Quantsapp, especially in higher-tier packages, I strongly suggest you think twice.
There are other platforms offering much better support and service at lower prices. I expected professionalism and value for money — unfortunately, I received neither.

I am a regular user of Quantsapp. One thing I would like to bring to your notice is that, when you are on synopsis screen and filter for short, the screen which displays the short positions is difficult to read. This is due to the colour combination I believe. So I suggest to make it more user friendly.

Unreliable service only sales tactics - Not Recommended
This company is highly untrustworthy. Their focus is solely on selling memberships, with little to no customer support once you sign up. They immediately ask new members to leave a 5-star rating in the app store. After that, they start bombarding you with calls, trying to sell paid courses. When you reach out for assistance, they may schedule a meeting but fail to follow through with a call or response. They even have the audacity to say, "We are very busy, so you'll have to manage. We’ve lots of work and clients to support." I do not recommend this company at all.

This app is great. Specifically Trap Indicator and releative performance because newly Trader like me make any positions if it’s positive we booked small profits but it’s go wrong we waiting for correction, average position and booked huge loss. Trap indicator help us when to enter when to exit.

Great service - with time to time follow-ups
I signed up for Quansapp program, Dipesh was the POC from quantsapp and I am very much impressed with the assistance he provided.
He guided me well through the process, explained each and everything clearly.

Useless tools and useless team sales
It is my personal experience that these people force and convince to buy the subscription and gives false statement and commitement of providing access of training material and executive will guide you on usages of tools and found that All offers are just to make fool to retail traders and nothing beyond this I recommend each one of you not to buy subscription and get all details on record before buying subscription

I'm using quantsapp app for last 5 weeks now. I find this App is excellent tool for options trading,
I am using the fast track service provided by Quantsapp which is mostly accurate. They are very honest & open about their claim of accuracy level.I personally like the architect and Ol data analyser tool. The app is way faster than similar apps I have used. Really helpful app with lot many teatures to play around with. i have not yet used the complete features available. The in app videos definitely helps someone better understand the features as well. Great experience. Keep up the good work🤝🏻👍🏻🤗

Charts does not work
Every morning chart live data does not start automatically at 9:15 am. You have refresh window everyday to start live data, bank nifty chart data is wrong in morning. Also many time I found that live feed stop on chart during the day. I have informed this issue with Quantsapp team about a month ago but they are not able to solve these issues. They have upgraded version 2 times but still no where near to solve this issue. Looks like it beyond their capacity, please don’t waste your money on the buying subscription.

This would facilitate a smoother learning experience for users. Overall, I find Quantsapp to be a highly useful and convenient application for daily trades.

Must have app if you are an option trader
This is a must have app in your technical tools to become a good option trader. You can test multiple option strategies and also there is lot of help available in terms of how to use the app and also about different option strategies.

This app has all the tools as per the description. When you are into this app you’re in the next level of analysis unlike indicators. This app is not holy grail but when you use it along with your existing setup, chances are high to confirm your expected market direction.
