FAQ

What does Quantumult do?

Quantumult is a proxy client that supports multiple protocols like Shadowsocks, HTTP, SOCKS5, and VMess. It allows you to capture and redirect all TCP traffic according to your own rules using a powerful filter function. It also serves as a web development tool for debugging network issues on your mobile device.

What are the key features of Quantumult?

Key features include support for various proxy protocols, a highly customizable filter system for traffic redirection, the ability to log HTTP(S) request and response headers for debugging, and different policy types for managing traffic routing. It can also log parts of web requests to help debug web issues.

How much does Quantumult cost?

Based on the provided information, Quantumult is a paid application. It does not have in-app purchases or ads, indicating a one-time purchase model for the application itself.

Can Quantumult help me access geo-restricted content?

Yes, Quantumult can redirect your traffic through remote proxy servers, which can be used to bypass geo-restrictions. By configuring your filters and policies correctly, you can route specific website traffic through different servers, potentially accelerating your connection or accessing content not available in your region.

Is Quantumult suitable for web development?

Yes, Quantumult is designed to be a convenient web development tool on mobile devices. It can capture and log HTTP(S) request and response headers, allowing you to debug web issues when you don't have access to desktop debugging tools like Charles or Wireshark. You will need to install and trust its root CA for HTTPS logging.
