Quarters - NAVADMIN, PFA & Pay

New - Quarters now opens on a home screen that shows what is coming before you go looking: your next payday, PRD and EAOS countdowns, when your eval period closes, new Fleet traffic, upcoming reminders, and your last PFA. Tap any card to go straight to it. - Estimate overseas pay in Money. Choose OHA, pick your locality, and enter rent and utilities to see your rental and utility reimbursements; add OCONUS COLA for its daily and 30-day amounts. With both selected, you enter your locality and dependents once. - Score the 12-minute stationary bike with the same model-specific conversion used by the Official Navy PFA app. Pick your console, enter the calories, and Quarters does the rest. - Payday countdowns now follow the published Navy Federal posting calendar and show the earlier Active Duty Checking date by default. Prefer the standard 1st and 15th schedule? Switch in Settings > Personalization > Customize. - See when your next FITREP, CHIEFEVAL, or EVAL period closes, worked out from your paygrade against the Navy's reporting calendar. Billet or NEC can shift your date, so confirm with your chain. - Work backward from the PFA score you want: tap the tier on any event and Quarters fills in the minimum reps, time, or calories that earns it. - Make Quarters yours: hide tabs you do not use and pick your opening screen in Settings > Personalization > Customize. Improved - The pay calculator reads faster: less fine print, a total led by your paygrade and duty station, and plain mid-month and annual pay figures. - A high PRT can now keep you within standards on the BCA screen: Quarters recognizes the High-Performance BCA Exemption from NAVADMIN 264/25. Your CFL and PRIMS still make the call. - Standards and rate alerts now arrive only for major releases. New pay tables, BAH rates, and PFA standards. Routine data refreshes reach your calculators silently. Fixed - Basic pay now comes straight from the official DFAS tables, to the cent, and updates automatically when a raise is published. Some senior officer and prior-enlisted grades were reading high. - A failed or incomplete PFA no longer shows a misleading overall score, and saves are confirmed only after your history is safely stored. - Includes reliability and polish fixes across Fleet, Money, and Fitness.
