Great Solar Software Solution
Quativa has been an outstanding solution for our solar dealership. My favorite aspects are:
• They provide a solid network of 10+ installers in our state (Texas). I have been genuinely impressed by the quality of the Texas installers. Those I have worked with have provided great customer service and quality workmanship. They have all provided competitive redlines and prompt payment.
• They have a network of installers throughout the country, for those out-of-state referrals.
• Exceptional support experience. Chat support through the app is very responsive and easily accessible, and the Partner Success Managers assigned to each dealership have been phenomenal.
• Smooth and seamless credit application and documentation process.
• Continuous improvement of the software user experience.
Regarding potential improvements:
• The process of designing solar arrays can be a bit clunky, although it is still less clunky than some other solutions.
• The proposal tool includes some visually appealing and really stylized elements that I personally do not use so I skip past them. But this could be attributed to my pitching style.
Overall, I’ve been really pleased with Quativa.

Not Reliable At All
Be very careful as they do not fulfill their contract agreements. I paid the required upfront fee only for them to change their model not even 6 months into the process. My original contract is still still active but my account has been deactivated because I refused to sign up to their “new program.”
They will say one thing and do another. My contract was not fulfilled and I was not refunded a single dollar.
Be careful, if they can’t control their own app, do you really think they can fulfill the installers and your clients Solar needs?

The territories tool is a banger
Great app needed work on the commision side. Now it’s direct with installers great integration tools and team management.
Stay away.
Stay away. Company is horrible to do business with. Ran several deals through. Psycho long installs. Very poor communication. Adder deductions like I’ve never seen. I’m an experienced rep with multiple markets under my belt. This tops my entire solar career as the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Worst experience
I had in S.C that needed a roof and solar. Everything was signed and expected to be installed the first week of December. Me and my client were happy with this. Then in November the panels and equipment got dropped off in the clients driveway blocking in his truck. Eventually the client had to pay a separate entity to move it. In the meantime I was messaging who was supposed to be my support and not getting any help. The client let the panels stay in his yard for a week before he decided to cancel. Quativa also cancelled all of my jobs in Georgia because they stopped supporting that state. Would give a 0.

The best people I’ve seen in one group in the solar industry!
App: Incredible. Installers: very low quality.
I’ve used several apps and I have got to say, the use ability of this app is incredible. My favorite by far. The vetting process for the installers must be terribly lacking. I’ve used quativa in 4 states and in all 4 states the installers have lead to some pretty big catastrophes. As a broker I use a lot of installers and the lowest quality ones I have used have always come from the Quativa platform. The most recent company I used declared bankruptcy after using them and left 100+ customers with no PTO and 2 bills.

Not paying out
Quativa doesn’t pay out on jobs if the solar installers they introduce you too go busted and can’t pay them. They then won’t pay you. Be very careful where you put your solar contracts through. I don’t want anyone to go through the madness I went through with Quativa
Too many times update required
Whenever I’m on the field I find the update notification all time asking to update before using the app. This happens twice a month like seriously atleast give us time to update your app. Like this app but don’t like the update notification forcing to wait before to use app. Love and respect to Quativa team and sorry for one star on this. Please fix this and I will remove one star and give five stars once I receive the response on this.

Absolutely the worst app I’ve ever used it’s absolutely trash and I would never recommend to use this. Never getting paid on me deals and absolutely the worst back end software on the planet when dealing with pipeline

All I need to run my solar company.
Quativa does it all for me. I use the app for so many things in my business. It is my CRM to keep track of my leads and customers. I can design solar systems right on the spot. I can track my doorknocking team and set terriories to go after more leads. And the best part is how easy it is for my customers to go solar and be confident in me. Quative makes my sales team look so good compared to the competition. I could go on-and-on!

Joke of a company
Once they sign you to your contract they ignore you. I can’t login to all the features. No one responds back. Been with them a month and still haven’t been scheduled with my personal success manager. Just a joke of a company. Better off going somewhere else

Amazing Tech
I am new to the solar game and I was introduced to Quativa. I did the training and I was very impressed with everything! I was intimidated at first, but once I did a few proposals, I was flying through like pro. I love this app! I did my very first deal and it was super easy!!
So easy a caveman can use it!
I’m new to solar and was a bit worried about having to collect data and then create a proposal that could be explained easily to a homeowner. Quativa solved that for me.
