Game started off really fun but got aggravating pretty quick. The graphics are great and I love the concept of the plays. The characters throughout each scene are cute. But, the game really gets impossible too early on. There are other games out there like this that don’t get to this level of difficulty until you’re into the hundreds levels. This one got impossible in the 40 levels. I’m only on level 66 and honestly don’t play every day anymore because it’s irritating. The board constantly reshuffles because there are no matches (if there were matches I coulda finished this level by now). The after the constant reshuffle I’m still only able to match pieces that don’t get me further to my goal of dropping a ticket. WTH. I’d be willing to pay for power ups but not this early in a game. The first 100 levels should be fun... it frustrating.

My honest review
Hello gamers..🎮 (& developer if you read your reviews. I've actually seen Developers respond to reviews in the App Store lately. A new thing for me to see for Apple, only seen this option for Google Play!)
🤔 It's so cliche to say this because I see a lot of people say the phrase in the next sentence when they write reviews, but it's indeed a fact for me.. 🤣
I don't usually play these match 3 games but this one drew me in (I usually play hidden object games) The game play is unique but can get very expensive. The graphics are great, moving up is fast but again if your not into spending any money then it'll take you a bit longer to level up. I do not mind one bit, spending money on a developer I want to support and this developer is one of them. However I find the amount of items you get when you buy them is a huge ripoff! The amount of gems you get for the price doesn't at all match up with the prices listed in the App Store. You have to pay put the @&$ for extras to finish a level. You don't get a lot for your money and it's totally unfair. If you want to keep the players you do have, you need to take care of your players! Not just yourselves! If you take care of your players, they'll have zero problems spending money and therefor you make money. It's a win win for the the both of us. If only they'd listen. This goes for any developer that wants to keep their money spending loyal customers.
There needs to be more specials, more sales, more things to do within the game. It gets boring after so long. There isn't anything that is exciting after you've completed a few stories. It's a great concept don't get me wrong, but it's the exact same thing each different "Play" you complete. I know there are bonus levels to beat but it's not worth the aggravation sense you don't get much as a reward. I have spent hundreds on this game. Fell into the trap.. I however won't do that anymore until I see fairness! I've supported this developer A LOT! Now it's time for you ( The Developers) to send some love & support back to me, us, your players. The ones that make it possible for you to continue work on your apps.
This is solely my opinion.. Some players may find it fabulous, some may not. It's ultimately yes ur decision because only YOU know what you like and don't like. I say download the game, try it out for yourself and make your decision. My true rating is 4 stars bumped down to a 3.5 for the reasons above. I will, of course update my reviews if the game is updated with fair gameplay and more sales, half off sales, lowered prices, etc.
This game has great potential!

There were hundreds of animals left abandoned during Harvey and Irma & without identification or a chip, they'll stay in a shelter and become adopted by another family! There are several agencies that'll help you out! 🐾

This game is colorful and has pleasant music and sound effects. So far it's not frustrating and they give enough rewards that you don't feel obligated to spend real money just to get ahead ! Kudos to the developer for a fun game that has it all !!!
