Disappointed
I kept sending emails inquiring when updates would occur for the game play due to story line halting. Now it’s a completely different story line starting from scratch. Rude.

Edit: What happen to my game? You just shut down the game I’ve been playing and start over with another game? I’m not starting a different game all over?! What didn’t you just make a new game instead of replacing the game I was playing? Disappointed. I’ll just delete. …. I’m loving this game. The story is fun to follow. Usually, I skip the stories, but I love anything old royal. The visuals are great with fun little side quest. The only problem I’ve encountered is a few bugs. A lot the items are named wrong. The jewelry box is called an ice cream truck. There is a lot of mismatched items. I feel like it was part of a different game that got mixed. A few of the characters bubbles are blank. Once they work out all the bugs this could be a great game. As long as the keep the story going with quest to gain energy & diamonds.

Game play gone
I was enjoying the game and have been playing it for a couple months, but when I logged in today, the entire game has reset to a new storyline and all my previous game play and experience is gone.
Was addictive but now boring!
I originally gave this game a 5 star. But now a month later it is a 1 Star. After you get done building the buildings of flower shop, jewelry and complete others all the way to the Palace you have storyline, then Nothing. You never get a conclusion. All you do is spend countless hours filling orders by merging. Every so often you go to a toy room, a place to open different chest and put different trees or seats on an island. I was so looking forward to a relaxing fun game with a mystery story but I think playing clue is more enjoyable. At least you get a conclusion.

Very addicting
First off this game is very addictive. I really enjoy this game even though the names of items like bakery and fruit don’t exist in this game. I am at a level 59 and just got notified that an update is coming. It is also asking me to cash in my energy. I’ve already built all the buildings up to the palace and I hope that there will be more to this game. I want to know who is the criminal and who are the honest people she can trust. Please let there be a solution to this crime. Thank you!
Okay I am going to add to this, DO WE EVER FIND OUT THE ENDING OF THIS STORY OR DO WE JUST KEEP FILLING ORDERS. If filling the orders is all we do because there seems to be no story conclusion, why continue. NOW I AM GETTING DISAPPOINTED.

Fun, Entertaining
I would give this game 5 stars but there is currently a glitch in the side game. I’m at level 56 and the side game kicks you completely out of the app-won’t open. Just closes down. Otherwise-fun & addictive.

Super cute and fun, but…..
Love the graphics, story and gameplay. BUT…..the dialogue needs to be fixed to match the story. We are building a house, not a bakery. Once that is fixed this would be a five star game in my opinion.
Dissatisfied. Keeps crashing
Honestly I was really excited to play this game. And it was going great! Then the event doll house with Amy started that last 3 days, I have enough to participate in it but as soon as you click to open it crashes and closes the game. If you don’t open that everything else will work fine but it’s disappointing that it’s there and doesn’t work.

Glitches
Items on the merge board say things that they are not! A coat is a “radish” and a mirror is a “fish”! Fun game but needs to be fixed 😊
Some glitches.
Game is fun but there are some glitches. Like when it’s walking u through the tutorial it’s calling the house energy thing dough lv. 1 but it’s actually a house. But other than that it’s pretty fun. I’m not too far in yet. Mainly a lot of things reference a “bakery” but it’s a house like “clean the bakery” but it’s a house.
