App freezes when you’re trying to accept terms. Mind you I was already in the app with my credentials. Third day and it hasn’t reset itself yet. A week later and still has not reset yet.

Hoping the issue can be resolved
I rarely write reviews, but I feel I have to write this one because I use this app very often. Unfortunately, it is very unstable. Especially after the recent update, every time I open a page it takes a long time to load, which makes it very inconvenient to use. I hope this issue can be resolved soon.

Search no longer works
Search doesn’t work within the app. When you tap the search button, it just turns into a blank screen. Reinstalling the app doesn’t help either.
This app does not show anything
It shows me as logged in but does not show requests or checked out books or anything. Totally worthless

Search button doesn’t work just goes blank. Can only see books that are recommended. Developer needs to make a useful app.

I get no notifications for holds or due dates. Nothing. Deleted and reinstalled still nada. Otherwise app is incredibly useful. Thank you
Glitch
Love this app for so long but lately something wrong. I can’t see my checkouts or any other function in the app. I can’t request for books either. Nothing is working.
Logged out randomly and tells me there’s an error with login
Same issue in May 2024 as the user before. Logged me out randomly and when I tried logging in with my correct login info, an error message keeps appearing saying “Login info incorrect” but I know it’s not. It worked for a couple of months before so not sure what bug it is.
Keeps saying my number and pin are invalid
Downloaded it and it worked for a couple weeks but all of sudden I’m logged out and when I try to log back in it says my number and pin are invalid. I did this many times. Then I tried to change my pin but then it said it does not recognize my my card number and my email. There is no redirect for help. So please let me know what’s going on or fix whatever is happening

Love the app so easy to navigate and request book. Would love if they added a list where we can keep track of books we really liked maybe a “would read again” list either with a thumbs up or down something we can go back on to reference.
Search doesn’t work on iPhone 13 mini
Not sure if this is just my phone model or a problem across the board, but the search function doesn’t work — I can put in a term, but then the screen just goes blank. I have to close and reopen the app to get the search screen back — but can’t get results.
Make the app to remember me!
After having downloaded the app I discovered on my next trip to the library that the app does not remember me and I had to log in again with a membership number. Of course, I did not have the card with me and could not take a book out with the app. A kind librarian told me that I should exit out of the app and then it would remember me. Strange and inconvenient. Please fix it. Thanks. Pavlik22

Please add features
The app is great and convenient, but I would love to have the option to have a “favorite lists or save for later” kind of list where I can add books that I eventually would like to request or check out. I sometimes come across a book I want to eventually read and sometimes forget the title or lose track of where I’ve written it down. Having an option to put it in a list or save for later option would be great. Also the option to see the history of books I’ve check out. Overall it’s still a good app, just thought these might be helpful. ——————

Search bar won’t work after typing title of the book and entered
More features would be stellar but i can’t complain
This place is great!! The staff is very kind and helpful and they have assisted me with a-lot of things and that was my first time going! They made a great impression.
