This app inspired me to stop and study the remarkable animals and plants around me and learn more about them and show others the cool things I’ve found.

Great app, new update keeps crashing though
I love this app, I’ve been doing the uni BioQuest and it’s great… but I just updated the app and now it crashes every time I try to open it on my phone so I can’t upload any of my new sightings :(
I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, restarting my phone and a few other things but nothing seems to work so I think it must be a bug in the app itself. It still works on my laptop so I can identify other people’s sightings, but I can’t upload any of my own, so it’d be great if this could be fixed!
I’d love to be able to give QuestaGame a higher rating because it is a great app and it has made me far more observant of the world around me in the short time I’ve been playing, so once this crashing problem is fixed it’ll be great.

This is a brilliant app and provides the community at large to partake in citizen science and have fun at the same time. Give it a go, and get out there and discover our amazing natural world.
Eye opening & addictive
This app has given me a new sense excitement and discovery every time I step outside the house and see a living creature to photograph and identify. Climbing the rankings appeals to my competitive side and seeing other people’s finds reminds me that I live in a vast, diverse and beautiful country/world.

Such a fun game - and productive too!
This game has totally changed the way I see nature. It offers a way to find out what the cool things I see are and get extra information about them all while earning points (which appeals to my competitiveness!) and helping science and conservation. I have learned so much more about biodiversity both near me and in the places I visit, it makes me excited to be anywhere to see what I can find, what is the same and what is different. You don’t need to know anything to play this game which also makes is a great equaliser for people of any knowledge or background. Totally recommend!

Latest version crashing
I love this app in general but the latest version is crashing on my iPhone 11 whenever I try and submit a sighting.
It is also telling me to update but I can’t. I’ve even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but am still getting the messages.
Hope you get it sorted soon so I can put you back to 5 stars.

Great game, app needs improvements
I love this game, the idea and what it does. Also, I really hope it succeeds. I would have a good chance of succeeding if the app made some dramatic improvements- An easy design fix is to make all text readable, some is dark on a dark background. Some explanations could be clearer. App crashes whenever i click to add field notes, which is a crucial part of the game i can’t play because of that. I run iOSX on quite a new phone. When is it available on iPad? kids (who don’t have phones) would love this.

Love this app and I’m now totally addicted! It is my reward time I give myself between work and gets me out and seeing so much beauty in the world. Love the fact you can have a go at identifying what you get, and then when it is identified by the scientists, you get loads of great information! Love it! Thank you!
Only thing I could recommend is that you could use cameras other than the phone, as it is hard to capture many things like birds etc on a phone.
