My god awful

Hi there, I can’t even upload my photo or anything. Come on guys you can do better than this. And to be able to even make up a profile, it took forever.

Paid for buy not received

I paid for credits and my account was charged, but credits were not received. I provided proof via receipts but no assistance yet.

Better but still needs woek

I originally wrote a review eight years ago under the name Betsey Lou 94010. Which was an old Apple ID! It’s gotten much better you can messages now there are more people on the app in the non-audible message and overall there’s been a vast improvement. However, it still needs work, people from the phone chat line don’t understand that they aren’t able to connect with you via their way, you are only able to connect live with them or send them voice messages. It should be made known to the people that the person is on the app and can’t accept a request without initiating themselves.I’ve had to go in and out of the inbox to read messages. I’m hoping that’ll be a quick fix but also haven’t been able to send messages.

Update

I’ve sent several messages regarding the functionality of the app, following the most recent update. The filter has actually filtered out all results, regardless of settings. I challenge you to take advantage of the opportunity to fix this, or watch me create one that works.

App needs bugs fixed

The app itself needs work. It won’t allow me to save any information. Within the first 5mins of being on the app it complete knocked me out and deleted all the info I added to the profile.

My Hot List - Doesn’t Work

For some reason when you hotlist someone it lights up the flame on th side of their ad but it doesn’t save the user number in the “Hot List” area.
Please fix the “Hot List” feature to save properly.

cant even connect with the other person

it doesnt connect with the other person once they have accepted the requeest and i get a credit taken away even if i didnt speak to the other person

This app is a scam. Don’t get sucked in.

I purchased credits for use on their line (not cheap at $50). Not only did I not receive the credits….Apple refuses to refund my money.

Don’t get taken the way I was.

Went to purchase credits to connect with people and was charged but never received the credits. Crooks!! Use any other dating service.

Rip off

Any time I have tried to purchase credits it always gives me an error. Never gives me credits and ALWAYS charges my card regardless. Apple will not refund either

Stole my money

I don’t know what’s up with this app but I made a purchase for credits it took my money and it did not give me my credits I don’t know what’s going on I wish someone would contact me ASAP I called customer service they told me to call the App Store The App Store said it will take 30 days to give me my money back I just want the credits that I paid for

Ugh!!

Worst app ever & I’ve seen quite a few!! Can’t even sign up. Can’t do anything. Just keep getting this error message that’s states try again and write error code which is 0! The same as how many stars I wish I could give. Do better!!! Disappointed!
