Nothing but problems

This was our first experience with the app and we had nothing but problems. We had 8 people on our team and only one was receiving push notifications and pop up quest information. The quests never moved to completed so the app screen was always crowded, the filters didn’t help consistently either. The app crashed over and over again as we tried to upload photos and there were issues for the large portion of the day that left us unable to load video entries. This app was the most stressful part of our experience. We are still unable to see contest information like the leaderboard to see final standing. I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app more than 20 times over the course of the last 3 days.

Response from developer

We’re so sorry you experienced this. We did end up with a bug related to iOS 13 uploads versus taking photos and videos. The leaderboard is available through the app now.

QuestFest 2020

This season the app had a lot of issues. Could not upload images or videos. Keep crashing, had to uninstall and reinstall many times. This was worst than any other year.

Response from developer

We’re so sorry you had this experience. The team works hard to put on a great event and this issue happened on those running iOS 13 unfortunately. We’re working on making sure this doesn’t happen to you or others impacted by this bug next time.
