New update recently can’t relogin and when try to reset password it fails saying wrong password, please fix this issue

No where to post feedback or customer service
Unable to log in to the app due to error after changing password. No idea where to ask for help because there is none. And the Awful system of the Post Office to only accept QueUp for package pick up does not help. Horrible system.

Took an age to register. Takes an age to login. It’s quicker to drive to the office, queue up as normal than utilise this useless, put together joke of an App.
Buggy
Lost my bookings many times. Contacted support and was told I booked on dates that have passed (how convenient). Hopeful that government would stop outsourcing to them.
Booking Dates are Green but zero slots
I have a few incoming parcels and realised that I had to make an appointment. Upon checking the available dates, a few showed up as ‘green’ but has zero slots show up. The next available slot is in 2 months! :S Need to use a better system for efficiency and effective system for the community.
Problem registering or login in
No trouble shooting or phone no to contact if there’s a problem.
How about other district’s department?
Appreciate if can include KB, Tutong and Temburang department in here. Feel like we are being left out.

Perhaps only allow us to see and select the available dates rather than clicking everyday to see that the slots for that day is full. Thank you.

Immigration only
At present, the service seems only to cover Immigration. If it could be extended to other government departments, that would help. It is also currently available only in Malay so non-Malay speakers will be at a diadvantage (although the developers have mentioned that there are plans to have an English version).
Oner thing I cannot fault is the support and advice - fast responses, quick diagnosis pof problems and solutions provided. This deserves 5 stars.

Poor execution
No difference in being there taking your number and using this app. Save yourself the time and just go directly to the govt office.
This app is amazing!
This app is much needed and long overdue. Kudos to the makers of this app!! I was renewing my passport and booked the que number a couple of days prior. I went to the immigration at 7.40am, and the Queup counter opens at 7.45am. They scanned the bar code on my phone at 7.45am on the dot, seen at 7.50am and left the immigration at 7.55am! I thought this would never happen in this life time! Being used to waiting up to 4 hours my whole life! Great app!
