Eventually, it reached a point where it could no longer meet modern software requirements, making it unreliable for users. 2. We Wanted to Give You Something Better Rather than patching up an old system that couldn’t keep up, we built Quick Chippy Plus — a faster, more accurate, and more reliable version of the app, designed for today’s worksites. It includes all the same trusted calculators (the ones designed by Rhino himself) plus extra features to make your day on the tools even easier. 3. This Wasn’t About Money — It Was a Necessary Change We know some chippy’s are wondering if this was just about pushing a new app. The truth is, the old version simply couldn’t keep running properly anymore. I still don’t understand how you can charge a subscription for something that has already been purchased..
You can charge NEW subscribers but NOT OWNERS OF PURCHASED APP ..
You haven’t changed anything in 14 years as there was nothing you could change..
I’ve also purchased quick walls years ago which I never use so I don’t need an all inclusive version within an exclusive everything app…….
I hope this totally fails for you as you are a thief………

Hi Somie21, Our original apps had become outdated and were due for a major overhaul. Many happy customers paid a snall fee many years ago. Due to popular demand we re built them all together as one app. Yes, the new app has a fee. But it we are very sure you will cover this in time saved over the course of a year. By building the new app we have ensured oue many many customers will be able to use Quick Chippy for years to come.

We didn’t want our valued customers to go without their app. Australia’s number one carpentry app. So we built Quick Chippy plus. This is an upgraded combination of all of our top apps. It’s really good. Yes, it’s a new app and requires purchasing. As do all great tools. We’re quite sure you’ll get exceptional value for money in time saved and mistakes avoided over the course of a year. Keep on Chipping 🤙🪚
Blatant money grabbing
Take my advice and don’t bother wasting your money on this app - the developer is hopeless and doesn’t respond to bug reports and is clearly just trying to get money for minimal effort. There are free online sources for all the features in this app if you do a google search anyway.
