Please fix app! Now it crashes and I cannot access any of my data! Support stopped without warning

Please stabilize the app as it began to crash without warning. Now I cannot even open old entries or export data! At least let us access and export since you didnโt warn us!

Was completely happy with the app. But I changed from an iPhone 7 to the iPhone 11 and even though all my data is backed up to the cloud. It only downloads to 2014. I have so much lost.when I open the app it doesnโt even ask for a code. Please help!!!!!!!

Used this app for many years. It crashes every time I try to open the app now. It was great while it lasted

i have been using this app since 2015 first began. i have over 1000 entries. i was completely happy with this app until i updated it (for ios 11 support) now when i type it wont scroll down so i cant see what im writing!! it bothers me very much!! i dont even have ios 11 (i have a 5c which doesnt support it) please fix the scrolling! its difficult to use now and im very upset

Update for iOS 11 comparability
This app needs to be updated to be compatible to open on iOS 11.

Canโt access stuff in the app due to needing update for iOS 11
I need to access the app but cannot because it will not open with the iOS 11 update. This needs to be fixed and there is no one to contact for this app.

Can't correct or add text
Unable to correct text misspellings or to change text. The only way to remove something would be to wipe everything off and delete. I am thinking of closing out this app and no longer use it.
great app, please improve backup
An older version of the QuickDiary app allowed the user to backup all entries in chronological order (by either most or least recent), which could be saved to the computer.
Now backing up the journal will just save a file which can only be accessed in the app. Please add the PDF export back.
I would like to be able to export the entries to an email to edit on the computer.

Doesn't scroll!
This was a good app, but now not as good because when you type passed a certain area, the screen won't scroll down so you cannot see what you are typing. Please fix!
Close to what I need
App crashes when I choose more than 2 numerical numbers when filter sort by text. I Need to be able to sort text numerically.
I need the ability to E-mail batch files. Currently can only e-mail one diary entry at time. I need to email entire contents. It claims you can email entire diary by going to settings and tapping on the clip icon in upper right corner, but there is no clip icon to perform this task.
I like the back up capabilities via email and I cloud. This is a real positive and a must for me.

Do these things and you will have a good app worth paying money for.

what's happened
this latest version has wiped all my previous data! the option to restore from iCloud has nothing in it!! I guess this was explained in the latest update but I don't read all the update notes as there's soo many. this is a real pain as I've been keeping all my notes on my back op - pre and post op for my physio over 2 years worth. disappointing to say the least will be deleting app now.

Old version was of the diary very useful. New version won't be open.
Japanese keyboard
The last line gets hidden when I use Japanese flick keyboard. Would appreciate if you could fix that. I like the app for its simplicity and search function.
Layout is Dated, but best 'sync'...
...unlike other programs I e-mail all my entries on an iPod Touch 4 to my iPhone 4S & opened it & Voila! : all the notes where there just like they where on the Touch. Can't say for most programs, even ones using iCloud sync.
