Should not exist
This app should not exist in the App Store. App does not use correct camera on my iPhone 13. Email to support did not get an answer. Link to support is broken. Yet, they still charge for “Pro” level, or whatever it’s called. Unusable, and the fee I paid should be refunded.
Can’t sign in
Tried downloading it and was prompted to sign in, but no option for creating an account available. Literally can’t use it, would love to.

Syncing issues
Lots of issues with things not syncing up both in the app and on the website. A colleague scanned tests last week and logged in on the website today and it said the quiz was not even given???? Had to reinstall the app and refresh the page 5 times before it would show it properly.
Immediate Feedback
Love the immediate feedback this app provides. The students love that I can give them their grade as soon as I scan and I love that I have an analysis as soon as I connect again (which is as easy as pressing the sync button). I use it for formative and summative evals. The only fault, which could be my phone, I have to turn the classroom lights off to reduce the glare on the scantron sheets; if not, it misreads the scantron and says the student has left answers blank. Well worth the money! You will not regret paying for yet another thing for your classroom, promise!

Love the app...
Love scanning with my devices, but the results are difficult to look at on the computer (online) just want to look at grades before download them into PDF.

This App makes formal assessments in my middle school classroom a BREEZE! The app is super easy to navigate as well as very versitile in its costomability when assessing my 8th grade science students. The scanning feature couldn't be any quicker or accurate, even when my students mark outside of the bubbles or use pen. By the time I can move to the next bubble sheet to score, the app has already automatically located and recorded the results of the next student's answer sheet. The report funcion gives instantaneous results exportable to Excel spreadsheets, which helps tremendously in visualizing results, remediation of curriculum, and future planning. Couldn't be happier! Oh! and their customer support was extremely quick, reassuring, understanding, and solution oriented.

My experience
I'm a new user of this software, but so far, I can say that this software has tremendous potential to impact our classrooms. I teach math to adults who are pursuing their GED at an underfunded community center; this software can give us real-time insight as to how we should structure our lecture material. Quick Key Mobile is a great tool for my teachers. They were able to quickly get data and adjust teaching so that students can learn precisely what they did not know. It is user friendly. I highly recommend this app to educators.
Needs improvement
Needs to work on their scanning options. Does not scan when I place the phone over the surveys, even after adjusting it every which way for half an hour. The manual option is tedious and takes a while.
Makes life much easier!
It is a great, indispensable tool for any teacher. Highly recommended. Makes grading fun!

Well, I just spent almost an hour with the cofounder of this company who just happened to be answering the phones at the time! He cheerfully walked this tech dinosaur through the basics (and beyond) of Quick key, so I'm ready to get started. It was nice to speak to a former teacher about the things that are important to me in a grading app- it looks like they've got a lot of those bases covered. Quick Key already seems so much more user friendly (and cost effective) then the other grading app I was using, so I'm anticipating a good experience. At least one aspect of my job will be simpler!

This app is the best! It makes grading really easy! Recently I had a complicated issue with a survey. It had five categories that had to be analyzed separately. The staff at Quick Keys were knowledgeable and friendly. They solved my problem and saved me hours! Highly recommend!
