App hasn’t worked for months.
They are losing lots of business because their app hasn’t worked to buy washbooks online for months.
Can’t Login
App not working after last update. Can’t login to existing account or create new one.

App does not work. Keep trying to log on and nothing happens.

Tried to create an account, then tried to sign in, then tried to reset my password, none of it was ever successful!!! It can’t even send a text message, which it says it will - but won’t after several tries!! Also says to check my “junk” if the SMS message doesn’t come through, don’t know about the rest of you, but my “text” message don’t have a “junk” page!!

App needs to add new location
Loaded the app because of new location nearby. Turns out app doesn’t show the new location and won’t allow me to purchase monthly services. Also had issue signing up because it says my first email address was already used. Since this is the first time I signed, not sure how that happened.
