In last month disappointed
I have updated and cannot get access to the app. Won’t let me view anything and I have purchased subscription for years and now can’t access.Great when I can view. I don’t think I’ll get online subscription anymore
My missing older magazines are still missing
Update the App and lose older magazines. Never get them back. But no one cares.
Fast forward a couple of years and I am also sending this:
Oh boy. I am steaming mad to once again need to write this. Another update, another impossibility to gain access to my purchases. Horrible, awful and disgraceful support for this magazine and two others. All interconnected I am sure, after all I cannot see three different app developers all being miserable at sending out updates that work. I cannot think that I will ever trust you guys, especially after a similar thing happened a few years ago where we lost older magazines with an “update”. Someone needs to get their act into gear and get this sorted. It is awful customer service!

Why?
Why must I keep downloading all of my issues? I hate this app! I never did recover all of my issues from the last great update. If you want to keep your issues, buy the paper copy and forget the app.
App doesn’t work properly
I have had a 1 year subscription, renewing this month. I cannot access any of the purchased issues, except for the current one.

Where are the old magazines? Why did they disappear when you upgraded the app? I am still a subscriber and still cannot download any new magazines I have purchased.

still unable to download historic purchases 2015-2017. would NOT recommend anybody to try this app. Cannot give a zero star rating
Frustrating
I cannot access magazines I have paid subscriptions to - especially after they updated the app. I prefer digital subscriptions, but this is ridiculous.
McCalls Quick Quilts
I’m having a terrible time with this app! I have been a subscriber for the last 4 years, plus bought some older issues that looked promising. I cannot access anything despite repeated attempts. Please fix this soon or cancel my subscription and give me a refund. I’m having the same problem with McCalls Love of Quilting. Same thing goes, fix it or give me my money back!

Why. am I not getting issues I am paying for? Why can’t I get my back issues that I also paid for!

Since this app has been updated I can no longer access any current or past issues! Hope developer is aware and working on problem. If not, I want a refund!!!
Crappy App
I have back issues which will not restore, no matter which restore I try. I have tried and tried, more than 12 times, but nothing works. I am going to cancel my subscription in iTunes. I will never buy another McCalls product or use another Zinio app. ZERO STARS.
Cannot Access Any Issues
Have an active subscription and cannot access any issues....past or present. Please fix or refund.
App Not Restoring Purchases
Have just updated the app and unfortunately iTunes purchases are not being restored. Have followed all the directed listed in the app and nothing seems to work. Very disappointed. This is now the third time this has happened when updating a magazine app via iTunes.
Can print out projects
I downloaded the app and purchased a back issue. I can view it on my iPhone but there is no way I can print out a project or the ability to sent it to a laptop to print out. A waste of money!
Love it
I love the American quilting magazines, I find them more enjoyable, colourful and better patterns than the British ones. Until now it has worked perfectly and I have had a lot pleasure reading them. Sadly I can't buy the latest issue as it says it cannot find it every time I press the purchase button. Hope it's fixed soon :)

Fix it please!
The only thing this app will do is quit! Deleting & reinstalling doesn't help, neither does rebooting the iPad. Fix it or refund my subscription fee!

This app does not work. It looks like exactly the same issue as the dreadful Fons and Porter app. Could it be produced by the same developer?
