SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
According to the apps details, the last update was done 5 YEARS AGO! This use to work great. But for the past year or so I can’t get it to work at all. Sign in doesn’t work, Refills don’t work, nothing works. The only thing it does let you access are the medical news articles. PLEASE - SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIX IT.

Unreliable
The app worked great initially. Then last year it started glitching. Would not load patients. I had to constantly re add them. Then I would have multiples of every patient. I would delete medications and they would reappear. I removed the app then tried to add it again when I couldn’t get it to load at all. It still will not open. Now I can’t even sign in to the account at all. It will not let me reset my password either. It was so convenient in the beginning. I wish it worked still. This is very frustrating. It was so much easier than calling in the refill using the automated service which is also quite cumbersome. I am thinking of changing pharmacies altogether. Bummer. Because I really like the staff.

What happened?
I loved this app when I first got it. It was so convenient and easy to use. Then this past year the problems started. My info would not load. Could not refill any scripts. Now I can’t log in, it says my password is wrong and it will not let me reset it. Very frustrating!
