Problem resolution

I apparently didn’t update my quick send app and my ‘groups’ were deleted. I asked the quick send support for assistance and they sent back instructions on how to solve my issue. Their instructions were simple and i was able to retrieve all my group names and phone numbers! They were SUPER!

Quick Send Has Quick Service‼️

Most companies like this don’t even respond in 24 and when they do it’s to inform you they’ll get back to you in 48 hours. This was not my experience with Quick Send. I’m impressed with how quickly they addressed my problems. I had 3 separate issues and they were very timely in getting me the help I needed. It was all cleared up in about 15 minutes of back and forth emails. Worth the price‼️

Perfect for an event

It did the trick for sending out 80 text messages over a few months. Only wish would be to send photos. I will definitely use again for a future event!

Major Flaw, at least for me.

It an app that has potential, and the templates feature works well and is easy to use. But, there's a major issue that makes mass texting frustrating: when adding contacts to a mass text list, the app only pulls business phone numbers — not cell phone numbers. Since most people can't receive text messages on a business line, this makes the the main feature unusable.

This seems to be straightforward. When I text people, I didn’t even notice I wasn’t texting their cell phone. So know I am wondering if anyone even got my text.

Even though I paid for a year or so, I am actively looking for an another mass text app.

Best app I’ve found

This app is great for mass texting. You do have to individually push send unless you upgrade to pro, so it may not be the best for extremely large blasts. But for the price I don’t mind at all

This says it can send mass messages and a tool for business. But ITS NOT don’t buy this. You can’t actually send mass messages, it literally just is a copy paste service and has totally wasted my precious time. Seriously what the heck

Easy to use, works great!

I use this app for lesson reminders to private music students. I can group them all by day or class period, and it makes sending quick notes to all of them easy while protecting their privacy. Love it!

I suggested a change to setting groups from existing contacts. They acted promptly and had it set up and live in just a few weeks! Their customer service has been outstanding! Best messaging app by far!

Love this app, fantastic customer service

This app has been absolutely clutch for getting messaging out to my game club a few times per week.

Recently, totally my fault, I lost all my contacts when the app updated recently but the owners responded immediately and my texts were going out again that evening.

They also followed up to make sure everything was working out.
