They conveniently “forget”
I have given this place many chances but 4/5 delivery orders I made with them have had some sort of mistake and the mistake is always financially in their favor. Like forgetting extra sauce items even though you pay extra for them, forgetting the drink in the combo order, giving you a regular burger when you’ve ordered a more expensive one. It’s always little items that customers might think is too much of a hassle to complain about, but I’m sure it adds up for them.
